The Eye of the Storm Marching Band at Hampton County High School, under the dynamic leadership of Brandon Knowlin, is quickly becoming a standout program in South Carolina. Since taking the helm in 2023, Mr. Knowlin has grown the band to over 70 members, infusing it with energy, discipline, and a passion for musical excellence. Known for their powerful performances and creative show themes—like 2023’s “No Storm Lasts Forever”—the band has already earned invitations to perform at college events in Georgia and Kentucky. 

Mr. Knowlin, a South Carolina State University graduate and former member of the renowned Marching 101, brings both experience and vision to the program. His commitment to student development, scholarship opportunities, and musical growth ensures that the Eye of the Storm is not just a band—it’s a movement of young artists making waves across the region.
